We are a small, local, Veteran-owned and operated electrical contractor based in the greater Lowell area. We pride ourselves on delivering top quality work coupled with outstanding service. Our goal in business is to build a culture based on pride in our craft, and the belief that building a good name isn’t easy, but it’s simple. To that end we’ve built our business around three guiding principles: be good at what you do, be up front and transparent, and be true to your word.

We take great pride in our craft and stand firmly behind the quality of our work. So much so that we offer a lifetime craftsmanship warranty on all our work, if you ever have a problem with any of our work, and it was caused by a mistake we made on installation or performing service, we’ll make it right free of charge!
For parts/devices, we offer a 2 year no questions asked warranty, if any components or devices we install end up being defective, we’ll replace them no questions asked. We’ll deal with any manufacturer warranty issues on our end so you don’t have to!
Up front and Transparent
We provide thorough and complete estimates for all projects up front, we’ll sit down and go through the entire job with you and detail the costs associated with each portion. No games, no gimmicks, just a bottom line up front price that’s fair for both of us. You can rest assured that when we give you a price, that’s what the job will cost within a small margin of error. What we will not do is give you a lowball price up front to get you to commit, and then hit you with a ton of change orders later in the job raising the price.

We believe in open and honest communication throughout the duration of any project or service. We show up when we say we’ll show up, we do what we say were going to do, and we charge what we say we’re going to charge. Sometimes we run into problems that can’t be anticipated, if we run into an unexpected problem after beginning work, we’ll explain the issue thoroughly and provide you with options regarding solutions. On the very rare occasion that something happens causing us to be unable to keep an appointment, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
