Do you charge for estimates?
No, when you reach out to us for a quote, it’s free of charge.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Generally speaking, we don’t give a price for a job without conducting a site visit to physically see what the work will entail, take measurements etc. We do make exceptions for very small/simple jobs, so the scale and complexity of the work will be the deciding factor.
What is your payment policy?
For smaller jobs/service calls, we collect a $50.00 scheduling deposit to reserve an appointment. For larger jobs we collect a 25% deposit up front, 30% after passing rough inspection, and the remainder of the balance will be due upon final inspection. Any deposit collected by us will be applied to the total cost of the job. Deposits are only collected for work you’ve already committed to, not for estimate appointments.
If I need to reschedule a job/service, do I need to put down another deposit?
No, if you need to reschedule for any reason, your original deposit applies to the rescheduled appointment as well.
